  • Remedial Massage: Remedial Massage aims to remedy and help repair muscular tension and address aches and pains developed from injuries and daily stress.  This is achieved through application of gentle, manual pressure.  This type of massage incorporates the use of deep tissue and relaxation techniques to treat problem areas. 
  • Trigger-point Therapy: This is the application of pressure to specific areas, called ‘trigger points’, to help release the tension stored within muscle,
  • Sports Massage: This type of massage focuses on the muscles, tendons and fascia involved in sports (e.g. Footy, Rugby, Netball, Softball, etc.) to assist in the recovery and restoration of proper muscle contraction.
  • Deep Tissue Massage: More than just a superficial rub, the deep tissue massage aims to address the tension lying deep within the layers of muscles of the back, the legs and Neck and shoulders. 
  • Pregnancy Massage, Pre-natal and Post-natal: This specialised massage is focused on reducing muscle tension and improving the comfort of the mum-to-be. Paying particular attention to the woman’s changing body, the woman can lay on her front using a specially-designed pregnancy pillow.
  • Relaxation Massage: Melt muscle tension away accumulated from the stresses of the daily grind. This massage focuses on reducing tension through slow, gentle pressure to muscles of the Neck, shoulders, back and legs.
  • Cupping: This add-on modality uses the vacuum effect of specially-designed cups to improve circulation to specific areas of the body to enhance the effect of massage.
  • Dry-needling: Addressing particularly tight and stubborn muscles can be achieved through the use of needles to unlock tension and promote healing. Chronic pain conditions, such as tennis elbow, tendinitis,  whiplash can be addressed using dry-needling.
