Dr. Alfie Dimalanta
Dr. Alfie is the principal chiropractor and owner of Meadows Life Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre. He graduated from the prestigious chiropractic course at RMIT University in 2003 and went straight into private practice since. His first practice was in South Yarra at Chiropractic@TheComo and ran it for 5 years. When the opportunity to open a practice in Point Cook came about in 2008, he opened Point Cook Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre. He opened up Meadows Life Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre in 2019 and practices between these two offices.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Alfie sees a lot of families and individuals seeking care for acute or chronic pain, and helping them get out of pain and advise them how to maintain their spinal health.
Dr. Alfie was born in the Philippines, grew up in 1980’s Melbourne and speaks fluent Tagalog. He spends his spare time with his family and maintaining his fitness.
Dr. Yvette Dimalanta
Dr. Yvette is a dedicated chiropractor whose journey began at RMIT University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic) in 2023. During her academic years, she developed a keen interest in paediatric care and pregnancy chiropractic, aspiring to enhance her knowledge in these specialised areas.
As part of her practical training, Dr. Yvette served at The Wellington Community Clinic, gaining valuable experience and contributing to community well-being. Her passion lies in promoting holistic and natural health, firmly believing in the transformative power of chiropractic care to achieve and maintain optimum health potential.
Inspired by her father, Dr. Yvette’s upbringing was immersed in chiropractic practices. This early exposure fuelled her commitment to becoming a chiropractor and making a positive impact on people’s lives.
Outside her chiropractic practice, Dr. Yvette has a passion for music, showcasing her talent as a singer and musician. A skilled cook who loves both preparing and indulging in delicious meals, she also dedicates her leisure time to mastering the art of crochet.
Dr. Yvette’s diverse interests and creative pursuits mirror her holistic approach to life, extending well beyond the chiropractic realm.
Remedial massage therapist
Janette is our resident remedial massage therapist. She’s been practising for 7 years and is passionate about health and wellbeing.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Janette going to the gym, taking walks or enjoyng a long black.
