Clinical records are retained in accordance with the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) – generally for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last service (or until a child patient turns 25, whichever is longer).

We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide your information at your own risk. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Access to and Correction of Your Information
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections where that information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

Our website uses a third-party online booking system to allow patients to schedule appointments.
