5 Healthy Habits for Kids to keep at School!

Practicing healthy habits at school can keep you and your body working at its best! Thanks to the Australian Chiropractors Association, here are 5 healthy habits to remember at school!

  5. Pack the heaviest items to the back of the bag, carry it with two straps and secure the waist strap.
